Our stay at Pension a der Dolzke was a delightful experience. The location was perfect, with the bus stop just a stone's throw away, making it convenient to explore the charming surroundings of Spreewald. The view of the canal from our room was truly captivating, adding a touch of tranquility to our stay. As a Bavarian enthusiast, I was pleasantly surprised by the local cuisine served at the restaurant, especially the excellent pork medallion dinner.The room was simple yet clean, providing a comfortable retreat after a day of exploration. The buffet breakfast by the canal was a lovely start to the day, offering a variety of delicious options to satisfy our appetites before heading out for adventures in the area. The availability of bicycle rentals next door added to the convenience, allowing us to further immerse ourselves in the beauty of Spreewald by cycling through its scenic paths.Pension a der Dolzke exceeded our expectations, providing a perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and authentic experiences. Whether on foot, kayak, or bicycle, this guesthouse offers a fantastic base to discover the hidden gems of Bavaria.
